Tcode FS00
To create GL accounts centrally which includes both Chart of Accounts segment and Company Code segment

Tcode FSP0
To create GL accounts for Chart of Accounts segment only. Here we create the GL accounts at Chart of account level which will be used by all company codes using this particular chart of accounts

Tcode FSS0
To create GL accounts for Company Code segment provided the Chart of Accounts segment for this GL account has already been created using FS00 or FSP0
